Preview

Kristaps Porzingis was injured during the game against Los Angeles Lakers, and he has since then missed four games for the Dallas Mavericks. Porzingis is an important piece in the Dallas lineup. Porzingis is a good support card for Luka Doncic. Porzingis also rose his game in the absence of Luka Doncic a few weeks back. Porzingis is still reported to be nursing his sore knee and will miss Wednesday’s game against Denver Nuggets.

In their last four games, the Mavericks have win games against Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls but suffered losses against Oklahoma City Thunder and Charlotte Hornets.

The Nuggets, on the other hand, have been in great form, winning 11 out of their last 144 games. They won the last game against Atlanta Hawks, but were defeated by Washington Wizards in the game before.

Predictions

The Mavericks have lost 13 games in the season so far. Eight of these 13 losses, rather surprisingly, have come at home. The Nuggets, who have a decent 10-7 record on road trips, will be looking to capitalize on this. On their current form, the Nuggets should be able to make it past Dallas. Nikola Jokic, who is coming off a 47-point game could star once again for the Nuggets when they face the Mavericks on Wednesday.
