Bubba Wallace’s life seems to be preoccupied, particularly with his beloved pet dog, Asher. An Australian Shepherd/poodle mix, Asher was introduced to the world by Wallace a few years ago and has become a constant feature on the 30-year-old’s social media posts ever since.

This time too, Asher stole the limelight with his adorable antics, as was seen in Wallace’s recent Instagram story, featuring his wife Amanda, with the beloved poodle comfortably seated on her lap. The caption of the story read: “Dawgs gonna Dawg”. This quirky caption, along with the amusing picture, depicts that Asher has a knack for stealing Amanda’s attention, much to Wallace’s amusement.

Bubba Wallace and wife enjoy weekend outing at football game

The 23X1 driver and his wife Amanda recently attended a football game in Knoxville. Amanda shared a glimpse of the day via an Instagram story, where they were seen enjoying some downtime at the event. The adorable couple was seen smiling in the story which also mentioned the official account of the University of Tennessee Football program, which depicts that they were attending a game of the Tennessee Volunteers, the university’s football team.

However, the heartbreaking connection that the driver has to Knoxville is bound to make every heart ache. This is not an ordinary place for Wallace, since it is the city where one of his family members disturbingly lost his life. The 30-year-old driver was merely eight years old when his cousin was brutally shot dead by police officers. Coming back to such a place is bound to bring out about some unpleasant memories in Bubba’s mind. 

Wallace, for now, seems not to be dwelling too much on the ghosts of his past for now. With a lovely wife, a cute pup and a 2024 season coming up, Bubba seems to be enjoying every bit of his life for now.
