Meanwhile, Jackson, who was released on a $100,000 bond after facing three aggravated charges of sexual battery and one additional count of a misdemeanor, is awaiting a preliminary hearing reportedly scheduled on August 31st. He is accused of forcibly kissing Aspens Restaurant & Lounge’s owner, Aspen Vaughn, and also shoving a waiter. Vaughn has also claimed that she had to shut down her restaurant because she felt unsafe and the place saw a 75% drop in business.

The social media influencer has continued to plead “not guilty”. The scheduled preliminary hearing would only be able to shed some light on this uphill legal battle as the Mahomes family refrains from making any comments.
