Devil May Cry 5 devs have agreed to disagree

There were some disagreements in the developing team regarding Photo mode in the game. However, the team finally introduced it because most were adamant about it. Itsuno joked that he was eventually like, “Be quiet! I’ll implement it.”

The developers also talked about the turbo mode in Devil May Cry. Itsuno noticed that a lot of DMC 4 and DMC 3 gameplays were in Turbo mode. He rightly said, “If you’re a stylish player, you’ll enjoy Turbo.”

For the special edition, the developers have changed Virgil’s Force Edge to Mirage Edge. Since Dante already had Force Edge, it didn’t seem appropriate for Virgil to wield the same sword.

Vergil is finally a playable character in the game, however, Itsuno confirmed that co-op will be disabled when playing Vergil. The video game designer feels that it would be weird for other characters to interfere during Vergil’s story.
