

Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios is not a part of the upcoming Davis Cup Finals 2021. He failed to grab a spot in Team Australia and thus, will not be featuring at the tournament. He last played professional tennis at the US Open 2021, where he, unfortunately, got eliminated in the very first round.

The Davis Cup 2021 finals will begin from November 25, 2021, and will extend till December 5, 2021. Interestingly, a total of 18 nations will battle for the trophy this year.

Nick Kyrgios makes an interesting comparison between NFL and tennis players
In the latest episode of the No Boundaries Show, Kyrgios discussed an important issue. He highlighted that while players of other sports like NRL and NFL often get into crimes and do things that are bad, tennis players are often not involved in doing those things.

“You got NRL players and NFL players, you know getting into general crimes and doing things that are not as, you know, you would look at that and and say it’s disgusting behaviour but because in tennis, you know all the cameras are on that one person… it’s generally a bigger sport, gets televised and it’s wrong, like it’s all wrong but it just comes out of perspective,” said Kyrgios.

When fellow Australian tennis player, Alexander Bebanine, commented on the issue and emphasized that tennis has a very picturesque image in front of fans, Kyrgios stated that it is actually a gentlemen’s sport.
