However, this experience of sharing memories has also moved into printed media as well. Last year, the game’s latest title in New Horizons received its own maanga series that debuted in Japan in 2020. The series has received two volumes since then, and it looks it will finally receive an English translation that fans of the franchise have waited for a long time.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons to receive an English Manga series

American manga publisher Viz Media had earlier announced some massive news that should excite Animal Crossing fans. The publishers mostly sell translated versions of mangas like Shonen Jump, My Hero Academia, One-Punch Man and many more. In a tweet that sparked a lot of joy for fans, the publishers revealed that they will release the English variant of the Nintendo Switch game’s manga titled Animal Crossing: New Horizons Deserted Island Diary.

The series will add a special twist with four new villagers living with classic characters like Tom Nook and many more. These characters include humorous Coroyuki, princess Himepoyo, scholar Benben and the sleepy Guchan. These characters will do nostalgic activities like collecting bells and many other stuff that players of the game might know about, and it will definitely be a lot of fun.

Deserted Island Diary to release on September 14

Recently, Viz Media gave an update about the series that fans have waited to hear for a long time. The publishers revealed that Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Vol 1 Deserted Island Diary will arrive on September 14. Players can also pre-order it now for $9.99 as well. It will also include a bonus Animal guide as well with tips about the game.
