Chael Sonnen has come forward with a message to stop UFC GOAT Amanda Nunes from retiring right now.

Amanda Nunes, UFC woman’s duel division champion, has recently taken down Felicia Spencer at the main event of UFC 250. She successfully defended both her belts and is now contemplating retirement. She is expecting her first baby at the start of September this year and is ready to become a full-time mom. Is this the right move to make? Especially considering the pedestal she is at right now.

Chael Sonnen thinks otherwise. In a recent show, he took to the camera and sent Amanda Nunes a message. A loud and clear one. Staring into the camera, Chael Sonnen made his opinion very clear.

Chael Sonnen said, “When they sit down with the experts and ask them who should she (Amanda Nunes) fight? Who could give her the biggest struggle? People unanimously club to the correct answer which is The Bullet (Valentina Shevchenko). They then conveniently leave out the fact that they’ve already fought twice. And Amanda won both of those contests.”

Sonnen went on to say, “I only bring that up because when you’re talking about someone so great that the consensus right battle is to give them the biggest struggle is somebody they’ve already defeated twice. You’re talking about greatness!“

Chael Sonnen has a direct message for Nunes

Sonnen ended with a message directed directly at the double champ. He said, “I have to tell Amanda something and I know she watches this show. Amanda, if you think we the viewers are going to come and hand you the answer that what should make you motivated, you’re wrong. From day one Amanda, you have set the rules. You have broken the glass ceiling. You have shown us what it is to be a partnership. This is your cross to bear and we will wait for your answer. But stopping is not it. Enjoy being the queen!”
