The developers have finally unveiled the free reward that players can avail following the phenomenal reception to The Doomsday Scenario Community Challenge. As GTA Online in no time smashed the target of hitting the $100 billion heist mark, it was only about time the community received a prize worth their efforts.

Ever since GTA announced the Doomsday Heist Week challenge, gaming fans were invested. Further, what’s a better way to celebrate the recent official GTA 6 announcement than hustling through Los Santos in GTA Online? Well, it seems like the efforts have brought some exciting returns. The rewards for the challenge have finally been revealed.

GTA Online community to receive a new livery after crossing $500 billion

Following the formula of Rockstar Games’ previous challenges in GTA Online, The Doomsday Scenario Challenge came with its own condition. The deal was simple. If the GTA community could collectively pull off a collection of $100 billion in the Heist Act 3, there’d be big rewards. However, the official figures revealed by the company suggest the $100 billion mark was quite an understatement.

Rockstar Games posted on X (formerly Twitter) that the Doomsday Scenario Challenge went over $500 billion, making it one of the grandest weekly celebrations. The post read, “all players will receive a special new livery for the Pegassi Zentorno, delivered as part of the next GTA Online update.”

The seven-day challenge went live from November 16, 2023, to November 22, and promised to offer an exciting livery as a prize by the end of the week. “The stakes of our community-wide challenge series continue to climb to new, dizzying heights. In addition to the fast twitch-enhancing effects of the ongoing Sprunk & eCola Challenge, the GTA Online community must now unite against the threat of total annihilation. Conquer Act III of The Doomsday Heist,” Rockstar wrote in the announcement. 

Other rewards for the week included high discounts on Valid Clique Wagons, apartments, and more. Further, the Community jobs gave three times the pay and RPs to the players than normal during the week.
