IShowSpeed is one of the most well-known YouTubers to have lately risen to prominence. He is also one of the fastest-growing YouTubers in the community, thus many celebrities and famous people are likely to be aware of him. But the news that soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo knows him lately astounded the 17-year-old YouTuber.

During a recent phone discussion with Jesse Lingard, it was revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo likes the YouTuber and even talks about him to Lingard. But the question is whether this is true or just a petty prank by a friend.

Does Ronaldo know iShowSpeed?

On October 23, 2022, iShowSpeed face-timed his lifelong pal and former Manchester United star Jesse Lingard on his live stream. Speed questioned whether Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo was the superior player. Things quickly took a surprising turn, though, as Speed asked Lingard if Ronaldo knew who he was. Lingard answered, “Yeah, definitely bro,” in response.

Despite the fact that Lingard’s response to Speed was honest, it seemed Lingard was actually mocking Speed for his question. Notably, when Speed re-asked Lingard whether he was playing a joke on him, Lingard responded in a very impersonal manner that Ronaldo undoubtedly knew him.

Cristiano Ronaldo returns to Manchester United team training

After getting dropped by Manchester United from the team practices, it seems that Cristiano Ronaldo is finally back on the team. After refusing to make an appearance in last Wednesday’s 2-0 victory over Tottenham at Old Trafford, Ronaldo was not on the team for United’s 1-1 draw against Chelsea and had to practice separately from the rest of the team.

However, it appears that Manchester United’s star scorer is now back on track. Also, Ronaldo was finally seen grinning on the field upon returning.
