It’s beyond broken and I’m almost at the point of quitting the game altogether. It hurts to see it this way. It really does. Not all players are facing the same issues.
I have had almost none of these problems so far. I play on an Xbox One S and I didn't notice a difference in the loading time, even because my video game doesn't have an SSD
I haven't had the problem of tuning a car (yet)
