In one such interaction, last year, Amouranth revealed about what her parents thought of the content she creates and her profession in general. Moreover, she also talked about how they reacted after knowing her unbelievable earnings from streaming.

In case anyone is not aware, Kaitlyn’s streams are generally different from what other creators do on Twitch. In the best way possible, her way of creating content can be described as suggestive in nature. Which means it can sometimes end up pushing the envelope a little further than what it is usually permitted on the platform.

So it’s obvious not to expect an admiration or positive response from all the people, especially her parents themselves. During an interview with VICE, Amouranth talked about the time when her parents eventually asked her what she did for living. While revealing that her parents were conservative in nature, she mentioned they were not thrilled or happy about her work initially.

Interestingly, she couldn’t exactly remember what they really said while finding out about her profession. However, Amouranth said that once they got to know about her insane earnings every month, they “kinda felt a lot better.”

Well that should not come as a surprise, given the fact how much the ASMR queen makes from her streams. She has succeeded in generating an unprecedented amount of revenue from her content. For those not aware, her overall net worth currently stands between $20-25 million!
