Avalanche Software’s Hogwarts Legacy is a game that has only seen a growing hype since the beginning of 2022. While previously it wasn’t seen among the most awaited games of the year, the current situation is totally different.

Thanks to an amazing reveal of its gameplay trailers and crucial presentations, Hogwarts Legacy has now become a trending title on social media. Amidst an already increasing craze, a new leak just surprised the fans of the title who can’t wait to dive into its open world.

Fans go berserk as latest leak reveals new cinematic footage from Hogwarts Legacy

By now, everyone is already aware of the upcoming title based on the Harry Potter universe. Coming from the studio Avalanche, this project has been long in the making. It’s going to offer an immersive open world under the action-role playing genre, with its story set in the 1800s. Warner Bros. is the publisher of Hogwarts Legacy. However, it will do that under a new label, Portkey Games.

This title won’t be based on J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter timeline but before all the events featuring the Boy Who Lived and other key characters related to him.

Ahead of the much-awaited launch of Hogwarts Legacy, there have been many sources lately revealing tons of exclusive content from the game. To be precise, they are all leaks, coming out back-to-back, one after the other. And it’s been happening a lot in the last few weeks. It just means that the curiosity among the insiders is so much that they can’t wait to know everything about the game.

Recently, a Twitter account, going by the name Hogwarts Legacy News, shared exclusive content from HL. It was a cinematic clip from the main game itself, at least given the looks of it.

As you can see, the video shows the main character with another character trying to find out something crucial. Although it’s very brief in terms of duration, many Harry Potter fans were impressed after watching this leaked cinematic. They simply couldn’t believe that it looked quite detailed despite being just 39-seconds long.

The majority of the Hogwarts Legacy fans expressed their wish to play it as soon as possible, after seeing the viral video.

Hogwarts Legacy is yet to receive an exact date of arrival in 2022. It’s set to debut during the Holiday season. The title will be available on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PS4 Pro, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. And yes, it will make its way to the Nintendo Switch as well.
