Call of Duty MWII receives backlashes from the fans
In a recent tweet by Call of Duty MWII developers, Infinity Ward announced that they are disabling the attachment tuning until further notice. “We are disabling attachment tuning until further notice to investigate crashes for users with 5 attachments tuned,” they tweeted. “If you currently have a tuned attachment equipped, you will need to unequip and reequip it to use your loadout.”

This has thus attracted some backlash as fans think that the game was already made overcomplicated by the developers by adding so many extra features. One fan wrote, “Figure it out. Y’all overcomplicated every single aspect of call of duty for zero reason.”
Figure it out. Y’all overcomplicated every single aspect of call of duty for zero reason. All at the expense of Warzone.

Many even started complaining that they have been permanently banned by the game for apparently no reason. This has also gained a lot of traction in the last few hours as fans think that they have been wrongfully banned that too within 48 hours of the release of the game officially.
RESPOND TO THE 1000’s OF FALSE BAN COMPLAINTS CAUSED BY VERIFYING GAME FILES! WE JUST WANT TO PLAY! https://t.co/9P8Y2WXkq2

This happened to me! I played 60 minutes of the campaign on Thursday, fired it up Friday night to play multiplayer and was met with a permanent ban! I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General.

Some more fan reactions
Apart from the attachment tuning bug, fans are also compliant about other glitches and crashes as well. Some fans even said that the mini-map in the game has lost its purpose as it doesn’t show any enemies, while others complained that the game lagged during multiplayer matches.
You really need to step up your game, you took away players appearing in the minimap when they shoot so you have to “listen to steps” but I only hear a guy with a knife when is two steps away from me. Also the sprint to fire time is too big, you can’t hear players crouching…

It seems as if not just this, the game has other crashes as well and even freezing issues in PlayStation 5. The main issue, though, can be seen mostly during multiplayer matches and match-ups.

PS5 multiplayer is freezing every match. Even Uninstalled reinstalled, changed my settings to this. Ps5 is up to date on updates. Glad i spent $100 for an unplayable game. I've even tried multiple different internet connections still freezes. I have to use "switcher" to close pic.twitter.com/I3UUDsrkwj

Thus, it seems that the troubles for both fans and developers are not going to end anytime soon. Although all someone can hope for now is for these issues to get resolved as soon as possible, so that fans can finally play the game and enjoy it.
