4A Games selected the perfect day for the announcement today, on the second anniversary of Metro Exodus. It was one of the first games ever to use the Ray Tracing high-end PC with the help of NVIDIA’s new RTX series of graphic cards. However, it used traditional rendering technology for consoles and low-end PCs. Henceforth, it will use the best Ray Tracing features available.

DLSS 2.0 for PC uses AI to optimize the performance of the system and give the best graphical setting and frame rate. The game will run on  4K resolution and 60FPS with full ray-traced lighting on Xbox Series X and PS5. For Xbox Series S, developers are aiming a perfect 1080p. They thank the GPU hardware from NVIDIA and AMD to take advantage of the latest Ray Tracing and give the best experience to PC Gamers.

The console will have a minimized loading time. This will be because of the utilization of SSD storage optimizations, which boast 4K texture pack improvements on Xbox. The PlayStation 5’s Dual Sense controller will help the game in supporting haptic feature movements.

They are inducing the ability to change FOV. This will be the first time for any Metro game. 4A Games has also given a tentative date for the release. Gen 9 console versions will hopefully be available in the latter part of the year. They will also be available for Smart Delivery on Xbox for the upgrade.
