Adin Ross just can’t catch a break when doing something. In the latest to the streamer’s hilarious fails Ross was denied entering the VIP parking lot despite trying to convince security about his falsified identity. The streamer recently revealed how he got scammed for $200,000 after he bought a supposedly unreleased track by Kanye West and Travis Scott. Now, it looks like the misfortune isn’t over just yet for the Kick content creator.

Los Angeles Lakers had their match against Miami Heat yesterday and Ross was in a rush to catch the start of the game. Naturally, like everyone else, he was scurrying to get a parking spot and get into the stadium. However, his attempts weren’t met with good luck and he had to follow protocol like everyone else.

Adin Ross has been denied entry to the VIP parking lot at the Lakers game

In a video clip that’s doing the rounds on social media, Ross can be seen reasoning with security guards at the parking lot. The security guard seems unable to see Ross’ name on the list and asks if he’s on “the list”. Ross looks unsure of how to respond to the question and blurts out “I might be on the list. I don’t know if I’m on this particular list, but I might be on it“, says the streamer from his driving seat.

However, the security isn’t convinced and asks Ross his name. Adin doesn’t lose his cool and says his name is Austin Reaves, trying to impersonate the Lakers shooter. The security guard goes back to the list to get his facts right but after long scrutiny, still denies Ross entry to the VIP parking lot.

Adin Ross wasn’t happy about how the scene unfolded and he couldn’t get into the VIP section. Since the incident, the streaming community has been in speculative debate about how similar Ross and Reaves look to each other. While the debate still awaits a conclusion, we expect Ross won’t try the stunt any time soon.

Infiltrating NBA games isn’t something new

Ross’ attempts to get into the VIP parking space isn’t the first time a fan tried to impersonate their favorite athlete at an event. Months ago, another streamer claimed to be the famous Lakers player and got into the NBA Playoffs during the LA team’s match at the Crypto Arena. The streamer went to some extreme lengths to get in and even changed his eye color to make things convincing.

While the streamer was successful in his attempt, he did ultimately get banned by the authorities. Adin Ross surely doesn’t want a similar fate for himself and would probably try to keep his nose clean for the time being.
