Adin Ross, the face of streaming platform Kick and one of the most prominent streamers right now, got into a kerfuffle with other media celebrities. This caused quite a debate over the internet, with fans being split into two sides of this. With all this controversy going on, Kick, for the very first time, took some action against its own streamer.
In recent times, there has been a surge in competition in the live-streaming industry. Earlier major market stakes were captured by the Amazon-backed Twitch platform. Now multiple platforms like YouTube and Rumble have entered the ring. The platform that has taken the biggest strides towards Twitch’s current spot is Kick.

Kick removes Adin Ross from their verified organization
Adin Ross’s recent torrent of controversial thoughts on Twitter has led to his platform Kick taking serious actions against him. The platform removed Adin Ross’ second account from Kick’s verified organization on Twitter. However, Ross’ main account is still under Kick verified.

The reason for the removal was based on his controversial tweets aimed at Twitch streamer HasanAbi and Esports journalist Jake Lucky. Ross went into deep waters when he shared some controversial comments demanding Jake Lucky’s death. He also begged Hasan Piker to kill himself. He said, “Hasan pls kys I’ll do anything. Please”.
While the actual reason for this debacle between Ross and Lucky is not confirmed, HasanAbi and Ross’ fight was much more public. Ross has tweeted from his second Twitter account that he is banning Mizkif and HasanAbi from joining Kick. Whereas fans speculate Lucky’s tweet on June 8 was the reason he got under fire. He tweeted, “The biggest risk for Kick is Adin Ross”.
