Adin Ross loves to try and stay ahead of the curve but his latest expense might see his attempts thwarted. Ross is known for his unconventional methods and eccentric behavior on social media. A couple of days ago, the streamer hinted at something he’s been planning to share with his fans. However, the community couldn’t imagine that Ross might be the target of a financial scam as he revealed his latest ordeal.

The Kick streamer isn’t ever too far from controversies. His statements and debatable association with controversial characters like Andrew Tate have often landed him in serious trouble. However, this latest attack on Ross’ wallet has left both the streamer and his fans flummoxed.

Adin Ross had paid $200,000 to someone who claimed to have an unreleased song by Kanye West and Travis Scott. Naturally, for any fan of the genre, these two names would certainly grab a hold of their attention. However, Ross was in for a surprise as after hustling up the hefty sum, the creator got to know that the song was created by an AI model.

Understandably, Ross wasn’t too elated after the learning. “…it’s not funny, it’s f***** up“, Ross was heard saying on stream. We imagine being a rap fan, getting all giddy by the prospect of getting possession of an unreleased track by the genre’s legends, paying a lumpsum money to do so, and then finally knowing the “exclusive” song is written by a robot isn’t exactly the series of events you’d want to go through either.

Scammers are getting out of control

Scamming isn’t anything new and Adin Ross is certainly not the first who got a duped. A couple of months ago, MrBeast vented on social media about his annoyance with scammers who use his credibility and reputation to milk money out of his fans. Before that, an 8-year-old boy was left heartbroken by a person claiming to be working for MrBeast.

While some community members will claim that Adin Ross should’ve been more cautious before going ahead with spending such a large amount of money, others firmly believe scammers must be kept under control. Either way, Ross’ bad luck isn’t turning anytime soon and we hope he comes out of the rough patch stronger.
