Consequently, he became one of the most popular faces in the streaming industry. He remains at the top among the most followed content creators. It is his latest bid to find a content creator like him that created a massive streaming contest.

Adin Ross announced earlier today a competition for streamers. Anyone who can stream for a period of 250 days back-to-back receives the enormous sum of $150,000.

As with most days, Adin Ross started up his stream, but only with something different in mind. In addition to the usual content he creates, he decided to include an announcement. This was the announcement of a competition he plans on holding.

Ross came up with the idea of a competition where people stream every day for 250 days. The one who emerges as the victor gets a prize of $150,000. That is not all. In addition to the prize money, Ross also included a streaming deal as part of the prize, as well as an entire gaming setup, all coming out of his own pocket.

Now there is one condition to the challenge. In the 250 days that are part of the challenge, the conditions say a streamer needs to stream for a minimum of six hours every single day. During the stream, he said,”I’m going to put it together out of my own money. Sure FaZe did it but I’m going to make it more simple than that. You’re going to leave that sh*t with a streaming deal and a full setup, but you gotta be entertaining bro. I just got to find entertainers to carry Adin Ross’ legacy.

His announcement sent small streamers into a flurry as it presented them with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. With a sum that large, it sets them off well with their streaming career. Moreover, these streaming setups come expensive, with multiple PCs, monitors, as well as streaming peripherals.

Ross’ entire challenge revolves around finding the next generation of content creators. That is one of his conditions. Anyone can stream for six hours a day, but to win the challenge, the victor needs to be creative and entertaining. Perhaps it will do well to show people that streaming and content creation may not be as easy as they think. As for Ross, he has his sights set on finding a successor to carry his legacy.
