Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has been the talk of the ‘Pokémon Fandom’ town ever since its announcement. As expected, the latest trailer for the upcoming game blew everyone’s minds with unexpected announcements! The trailer gives out a bunch of exciting revelations regarding the much-anticipated Pokémon bundle, not to mention the new, adorable Pokémon species.

Fans are excited to welcome all the species announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. In fact, The Pokémon Company has introduced three new species and fans simply cannot stop talking about how adorable their names are. However, one charmer has particularly managed to ‘hog’ the limelight with its name and looks!
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is slated to release on November 18 and it will be a Nintendo Switch exclusive just like all mainline Pokémon titles. What is unlike the franchise is a 4-player co-op and a free-to-roam open world! Yes, Pokémon enthusiasts can get ready for an all-new multiplayer experience and a no-rule open world exploration mechanic.
Along with the mechanics, The Pokémon Company also revealed the Starter Pokémon, the legendary Pokémon duo around which the game revolves, and three new Pokémon species. But this is obviously not the end of the Pokémon list that we’ll get to see in the world of Scarlet or Violet.
The Pokémon names in Scarlet and Violet are amazing
By now, everyone in the Pokémon fandom must be aware of Scarlet and Violet’s starters – Sprigatito (Grass), Fuecoco (Fire), and Quaxly (Water). Quaxly, in particular, has a heavy resemblance with our favorite duck, Donald Duck.

On the other hand, both the legendaries are equally elegant and eye-catching! Pokémon Scarlet will feature Koraidon as the legendary, while Pokémon Violet owners will have Miraidon.

In addition, the Pokémon Company revealed three new species that will be appearing in the wild, namely Pawmi, Lechonk, and Smoliv.

It is impossible to not notice how incredibly weird but adorable Lechonk’s face is. In fact, his name is pretty catchy. Moreover, a lot of fans have pointed out how ‘meaty’ he looks.
