The YouTube community has recently seen some pretty entertaining boxing matches so far. And the top names include Deji, KSI, Logan Paul, and Jake Paul. Thus, it is no surprise that they might have also been involved in some of the biggest boxing banters for the YouTube boxing circle.

But what is so important here to notice is that Logan Paul has an especially sour relationship with Floyd Mayweather. This is because of a boxing match from last year that left Logan Paul with empty pockets.

Deji mocks Logan Paul as he was not paid money by Floyd Mayweather Jr. for a match in 2021

In his recent podcast with What’s Good Podcast, Deji was asked by Sidemen member Miniminter whether Deji was paid more money to fight Mayweather Jr. than Logan Paul was in 2021. To which Deji replied with a “yes”, which was shocking, as Logan Paul was never paid the money that he was promised by Floyd Mayweather Jr. at all.

Back in June 2021, Logan Paul had an 8-round special exhibition boxing match against the 50-0 legend. But according to Logan Paul, he was promised a payment of $10 million approx. to fight Mayweather, which he never got.

Later, Logan Paul even sued Mayweather for not completing his payment. Speaking at a London press conference for Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano, Jake Paul said, “There’s a lawsuit that was opened up last week or two weeks ago. They’re pressuring him both legally and behind-the-scenes, but it’s embarrassing for Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather to not have enough money to pay my brother [Logan Paul].”

Notably, now Deji has jokingly said in the podcast to Miniminster, “I just have better management, agent, all of that,” poking fun at Logan Paul. Additionally, Deji also revealed that he was paid more than Logan Paul for fighting Mayweather.
