The CS: GO skins have always been popular and have even become a status symbol for gamers. That is why some skins can fetch thousands of dollars. Twitch streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel recently discovered a rare CS: GO skin.

xQc gets excited after getting a rare CS: GO skin

Many might not know, but Felix is quite addicted to this FPS game and has spent thousands of dollars on it. The Twitch streamer recently opened a few Revolver Cases in CS: GO during his most recent live stream, where he found a Karambit Case Hardened knife in one of those cases. The knife skin delighted the 27-year-old, “What is that? What is that? Wait, that’s full yellow. What is that?”

Then xQc’s friend on Discord told him about the knife and how lucky he was to get it. After hearing what his friend had told him, the Twitch streamer sought help from his viewers to learn more about the rare Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skin. Some fans, however, tried to fool the streamer by claiming it was not worth much.

Lengyel decided to investigate himself about the skin after witnessing his chat’s attempt to deceive him. He went to the Steam Community Market to determine the value of his Factory New Karambit Case Hardened knife. The 29-year-old Twitch streamer learned that the rare knife skin was sold for $1,483. “Bro, the lowest is $1.5k!” exclaimed xQc.

It was an exciting moment for the streamer because finding a factory new version of the Karambit Case Hardened knife was extremely difficult. The streamer was overjoyed and speculated on the odds of him coming across that rare knife skin. It appears that the streamer will be doing more of these unboxing CS: GO cases on his streams.
