Genshin Impact was the most discussed game on Elon Musk-owned microblogging platform Twitter. The HoYoverse game had some whooping numbers to boast. According to fancensus.com, Genshin Impact has made a tremendous mark on Twitter.

The game had more than 12,500 tweets. Additionally, Genshin had around 3,903,520 retweets as well. These are some gigantic numbers that Genshin can be proud of. Compared to the second place (Final Fantasy XIV), Genshin had more than 1,000,000 retweets.

This is not the only category Genshin found its way into. Genshin Impact was the third most covered game this year according to ICO with more than 20,000 articles. Elden Ring, which was awarded the ‘Game of the Year’ title at the Game Awards 2022, topped this list.

The game was also making waves in the mobile market. Genshin cracked its way into the top 5 games under the category of ‘world consumer spending’, according to Sensor Tower. The other games that were included in the top 5 are Honor of Kings, PUBG Mobile, Candy Crush Saga, and Roblox.
