The game’s launch will include a total of 12 confirmed game modes. Players will have the opportunity to engage their friends in many classic game modes. These include Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy, and Domination. Furthermore, two large-scale game modes, Ground War and Invasion, are making a return to the series after their absence in the previous title.

As expected, staples of the Call of Duty multiplayer experience, such as Team Deathmatch and Free-For-All, will be present in Modern Warfare 3 from the start. Classic objective-based modes like Search and Destroy, Domination, Hardpoint, Control, and Headquarters are also confirmed. Modern Warfare 3 also introduces the new 3v3v3 cutthroat mode.

Each of these modes features its own distinct maps, immersing players in larger-than-life conflicts. Despite a relative lack of party modes in recent Call of Duty entries, Modern Warfare 3 still brings back the fan-favorite Gun Game. It provides players with a less intense and competitive gaming option.

Modern Warfare 3 introduces an intriguing new mode called War, which draws inspiration from its appearance in Call of Duty: WW2. In War, players divide into Attackers and Defenders, as they complete narrative-led objectives to secure victory in the match.

In addition to its multiplayer modes, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 offers a fully fledged campaign mode. This campaign revisits iconic series characters. Additionally, it features an overhauled Zombies mode set in an open-world setting. The game is scheduled for release on November 10, and it will be available on various platforms, including PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
