Nintendo has introduced a lot of items with the 2.0 update in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Players are always happy to collect new items and build their dream world in the game. Furthermore, developers also released a storage expansion update and upgraded the storage space to 5,000.
Unfortunately, it’s still not enough storage space for several users. Hopefully, Nintendo will also release another storage expansion update in the future to meet users’ expectations. Because of this, they have to delete items from New Horizons to make more storage space; moreover, the process of deleting can be a very hideous task. The easiest way to delete items from Animal Crossing: New Horizons
The most propitious way to delete items in New Horizons is to sell them to Nook’s Cranny. Several players sell their items to Timmy and Tommy by dropping their items in Drop-box outside of their store. Interestingly, Timmy and Tommy offer users the best price of their items so they don’t feel disappointed.

However, this process is very time-consuming as you have to visit your house to access the home storage. Fortunately, in the 2.0 update, Nintendo introduced the Storage Shed item which lets you access your home storage from anywhere on the island. Now players can place the Storage Shed outside Nook’s Cranny and drop unwanted items in the Drop-box.

Furthermore, you can buy your own Storage Shed from Nook Stop for just 6,000 Nook Miles. Surprisingly, there’s a more convenient way to throw items from New Horizons if you don’t want to gain any profit. All you have to do is drop all your inessential items in the Trash can.

The Trash can is a very dangerous item in ACNH as it let players completely delete their items from the game. They have to select all items they want to throw and within seconds, all selected items will be gone forever.
