Players are extremely excited to see the cafe arriving in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Several veterans have shared beautiful memories with the Roost and Brewster in previous titles. Therefore, they are now over the moon after Nintendo confirmed Brewster returning to New Horizons.
Brewster’s cafe, the Roost, will be a part of the museum and will not be a standalone building. You will see Brewster working 24/7 at the Roost and it appears he will be located near the art gallery. Interestingly, some players think Nintendo might introduce another shop apart from the Roost in the November update.

Second Shop in Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Currently, the museum in New Horizons is very symmetrical, and everyone loves to explore it. However, if developers decide to locate the cafe near the art gallery which we can see in the teaser, it will ruin the museum’s symmetry. Hence, a splendid option would be to introduce a second shop in front of the Roost.

Nintendo could open a furniture shop for players to visit in the museum. They can see all the stuff they have donated to the museum in the shop. Moreover, developers can let players purchase some museum exclusive items. The second option could be that developers open an observatory with Celeste.

For now, Celeste will only visit your island once a week during a meteor show, which is sometimes announced by Isabelle. Celeste is the constellation-obsessed younger sister of Blathers; therefore, working inside the museum won’t be a big problem for her. In New Leaf, she runs the Museum Shop and Exhibition Rooms on the second museum floor.
It would be a significant idea to introduce Celeste’s role back from New Leaf and give her a room of her own. Nintendo could even let players look for constellations and hang out with Celeste. Back in Wild World and City Folk, Celeste gave players the option to create, delete, or view constellations.
