Hidden cooking recipes in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Niko always greets players whenever they visit the archipelago in a very sweet manner. Surprisingly, Nintendo mentions nothing about these recipes until users encounter them. Although these recipes are exclusive to Happy Home Paradise, players can still use them on their New Horizons island after unlocking them.

There are a total of 22 hidden recipes you can get your hands on through Niko. However, they can be obtained in sets of three; therefore, collecting is not as a laborious task as it may sound. These include the Partition wall, the Wooden pillar, the Low Wooden island counter, and the Tall Wooden counter.

Furthermore, except for the Partition wall, there are individual recipes available for pillars. These include simple, concrete, brick, steel, marble, and golden. After designing eight villagers’ vacation homes, players can unlock the recipe for the Partition wall. Moreover, after designing 15 villagers’ vacation homes, Niko holds a seminar at the archipelago school.

There, players can unlock the wooden recipes as a set; however, after designing 19 vacation homes, Niko shows interest in crafting some recipes. Then, you can leave a bunch of crafting materials each day, and Niko will reward you with recipes he’s crafted the day after. That said, make sure to complete the tasks on separate days otherwise, they aren’t triggered.
