Anime fans have another reason to rejoice as Bandai Namco is bringing a brand new Dragon Ball game in 2022. This new game will be an asymmetrical online action game, much different from others. Named Dragon Ball: The Breakers, this game will be a 7v1 survival action game that will be coming out for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Steam in 2022.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers will be the latest installment in the Dragon Ball gaming franchise

The Breakers will offer a mix of both co-op and competitive gameplay, as the gameplay will involve seven survivors who are sucked into a Temporal Seam and attempt to evade the Raider. The Survivors are much weaker characters such as Odlong and the raiders are the major villains from the franchise, such as Cell, Kid Buu, Majin Buu, or Frieza.

The Seven Survivors will be required to use power-ups, vehicles, and tactics in order to survive in the game. They will also need to search for the Super Time Machine in order to escape Temporal Seam. The trailer of this game shows off some stunning visuals which will definitely get the fans hyped about the release.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot adds Switch Version’s story to PS4 and Xbox One

In the last update for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game received some of the sub-stories that were previously only available for the Nintendo Switch Version. With this update, Elder Kai, Vegeta, and Bulma will have their respective sub-stories, available now for Xbox One and PS4.

The above-mentioned substories can only be played after players have completed the main story of the game. This adds a huge amount of gameplay. Besides this, players will also get to unlock Vegito and Gotenks who are two of the most popular fusion characters in the franchise.
