Apex Legends Reveals the Backstory for the New Season 10 Legend ‘Seer’

Apex Legends Season 10 is now a few weeks away. However, plenty of rumors regarding the upcoming update have already surfaced. As with every new season, fans will expect to see a new legend, new weapons, and some map changes. According to the leaks, we will be getting all these additions and more with the Season 10 update titled ‘Emergence’.

Respawn Entertainment revealed that Seer will be the new legend for Season 10. This was further confirmed with a trailer that they released showcasing the backstory of this legend. It begins with the birth of the Seer. Throughout the trailer, Respawn hints towards the significance of the ‘moth’ in his life.

Who is the new legend for Apex Legends Season 10?

Seer is described as a “king to a beggar” and an “ocean to a desert”. According to the trailer, he can reduce a mountain to dust just by looking at it. We also get a glimpse at Seer’s powers as he fires a moth-shaped astral projection at his opponent. Seer is supposed to be a recon legend and based on the trailer, he looks like the most intriguing legend in that class.

In addition to this new legend, Respawn plans to introduce a new LMG called the Rampage. “Meet Rampart’s newest invention, the Rampage LMG, with a surprising source of firepower,” the teaser description reads. This weapon is also rumored to have explosive ammunition. However, Respawn Entertainment has not confirmed any of these claims.

Furthermore, Respawn will continue to build on the 3V3 arenas mode added in Season 9. In season 10, there will be a ranked version of the arenas mode allowing players to test their 3V3 skills at a competitive level. Lastly, we can expect to see some physical changes made to the World’s Edge map for next season.
