Valkyrae is arguably one of the most prominent names in the content creation world. Since 2020, she has held the title of YouTube’s most-watched female streamer. Her many honors include being named the Game Awards Content Creator of the Year in 2020 and being named one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in 2022.

The prominent streamer, however, is also prone to day-to-day encounters. In her recent stream, Valkyrae shared her experience with how she was hit on and how she responded to it.

Valkyrae gets hit on while out partying

The streamer told her audience about her night-time outings with her friends. In the incident, she went with her friends to an area called Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego which had a bunch of bars lined up together. Unfortunately, she wore a pair of uncomfortable heels while going there. In her defense, she said, “I wore these heals that were super cute but I didn’t know we were gonna be walking that much.”

While walking around with her friends, Valkyrae shared how people around were hitting on her. Surprisingly, the majority of people hitting on her were very young. She joked that these people were, “Like 21-year-olds fresh out the womb.”

Her restricted walking due to the heels caused a rather absurd encounter for the streamer. And she recalled the experience with a hint of cringe.

The streamer shares a cringe-worthy encounter

The heels were hampering Valkyrae’s walking and her sister’s friend was helping her cross the street. But unfortunately, they were not able to cross before the lights changed. All her friends crossed over leaving them both on the other end. 

Meanwhile, a random guy came up to her and tried striking up a conversation with the 100 Thieves owner. The streamer did a funny impression of this whole encounter, embodying both sides. “This guy was wasted,” she said, “nothing he was saying was making any sense.” Valkyrae finally asked the guy talking to her, “Are you hitting on me?”
