FromSoftware‘s Armored Core 6 has been getting a lot of attention from the community. The devs announced that the latest entry to the series would see the game going back to its roots. Armored Core 6 is the dev’s route back to the roots

Since its announcement, Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon has been making a lot of headlines. The vehicular-combat game is the fifteenth entry to the mech-combat series. Armored Core 5 was released way back in 2012 and AC 6’s announcement caught fans off guard when they were expecting an update for Elden Ring instead. However, a new Armored Core game obviously had the fans excited to see devs FromSoftware trying to get back to their roots.

The game was released on August 25 to thundering appreciation from the community. The dynamic gameplay and attention to detail blew fans off their feet who weren’t really sure what to expect from the game. While Armored Core 5 received mixed reactions, a break of 12 years understandably has the fans excited just to experience the mech-combat gameplay once again. With 120 FPS support for PC, this is possibly the first game by the devs that’s making fans go dizzy with frame rates.

Fans react to hilarious Armored Core 6 mod

The post shows CJ from GTA San Andreas modded into Armored Core 6. The devs had previously announced that players can extensively mod their pilots and vehicles but probably weren’t thinking of seeing CJ in their game within a day after release.

With the game having just released, users are amazed at the speed with which modders do their thing.
