Ubisoft is leaving no stone unturned for the redemption of the Assassin’s Creed franchise. The popular period action series has developed a love-hate relationship with the fans over the years. The franchise is depending highly on its thirteenth upcoming installment, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, for its redemption. Besides the series getting mixed responses from the community, Ubisoft has expressed full faith in the brand by announcing an impressive future vision for the franchise.

Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade was announced last September at the Ubisoft Forward. Now, the title is set to mark its debut on mobile screens sooner than fans expected. The title was tentatively under the beta development phase under Tencent’s Level Infinite. The game series is always looked up to in terms of narratives and layered characters. While the expectations are high for Codename Jade, sources confirm the makers have closed beta and are looking for the release in the coming August.

Mobile phone gamers have been waiting for a satisfactory high-scale title for a while now. Presumably, this will be the perfect treat for all the enthusiastic mobile gamers. The makers have branded the open-world experience with some unique features. These features include strong storytelling, super exciting quests, and the ability to create our characters. Set in second-century China, the era of the Qin dynasty, the title promises to have it all.

The beta run is expected to close by the 11th of August. There has yet to be an official confirmation on the full-fledged release of the title on Android and iOS. Considering the beta phase completion, the rational estimation would be anytime around the end of 2023. Hopefully, both Mirage and Codename Jade will keep up with the fan expectations and help Ubisoft revive the OG charm of Assassin’s Creed.
