However, a newfound detail on the internet might be a good indicator of GTA 6’s probable launch timing.

GTA 6 been in development for almost four years already!
According to the Twitter account GTA 6 News, which keeps track of all things Grand Theft Auto, the sixth entry has been in the making for a long time. In fact, it has been in a potential development phase since 2018, as per the Twitter page.
GTA 6 News revealed the profile of a Rockstar employee named Sonny Blanco, on LinkedIn, who is a Screenshot Capture Artist. What’s interesting to note on his profile is that under the Projects section, he mentioned that he’s been working on the GTA 6 title since November the year 2018.

Now that’s an interesting piece of information. Especially for all the fanboys who are desperate to know about GTA 6 and its release in the future.
What one can make out from this newfound detail, at least for now, is that Rockstar Games has been busy with the sixth entry for the past few years. Also, GTA 6 won’t take more time in its launch, given that it’s been in the works for nearly four years now.
Thus, the hardcore lovers of Grand Theft Auto need not worry anymore. At least, going by this discovery on the official page of one of Rockstar’s employees. Because hopefully, there won’t be any situation of crunch.
As of now, the upcoming, awaited game is in development at Rockstar.
