For those uninitiated, the tattoo marks its reference from The Last Of Us 2, where Joel leads Ellie during a flashback. The game sets itself in an abandoned museum featuring Ellie’s birthday on the way. The astronaut helmet signifies Joel’s present to her alongside the spaceship duplicate and a cassette tape.
