Avid Nintendo Fans Blessed With Special Pokemon Amidst Ongoing World Championships

Pokemon has a widespread fan base worldwide, and they know how to make their fans more excited about that. That’s what they did recently by announcing a special giveaway during the Pokemon World Championship.

In recent news, it was announced that two rare Pokemons would be distributed to trainers on their Nintendo Switch. This brought a lot of craze among the fans for the new Pokemons.

Nintendo Switch users to get special Pokemon

In a recent tweet, Nintendo announced that during the Championship a Sinistea holding a Moomoo Milk Pokemon will be given to Sword and Shield players. Along with this, online players who are not able to attend the championship, the live stream viewers, can get a chance to win a Victini. They also disclosed that these Pokemons will be given to players via a certain set of instructions that they have to follow to get the Pokemons in their Nintendo Switch.

To get these, Pokemon fans were asked to bring their Nintendo Switch and their Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield game to the Championship. Only one Sinistea holding a Moomoo Milk can be added in any one game, i.e., either in Pokemon Sword or Shield. And for the fans to win a Victini, they have to enter the code “W0RLD22V1CT0RY” to redeem their Pokemon until 21 August 2022.

This news made many fans happy as they were super excited about the new Pokemons that they can win. Some of them even updated that they have already won a Victini.

Fans react to the joyous news

Although some were happy about the new Pokemons, others demanded that these Pokemons as well as other Legendary Pokemons should be included in the game permanently. Raising the question, wouldn’t adding them permanently make the feel of being a Pokemon trainer go away?

Notably, fans also asked whether Victini can be accessed in any other way. Although the question was asked by fans a few days ago, it was not clear to many if they need to go inside the venue or not.

The tournament is going on right now in ExCeL London events center, London, England. The event will be held till August 21, 2022, during which world champions will be competing to win the Pokemon World Championship.
