Despite getting a slow start against the London Royal Ravens on Sunday, OpTic Texas has reminded the world why they are one of the best teams out there. Texas’ entry onto the stage was marked with a roaring ovation from the audience. However, Atlanta wasn’t as lucky, for the loud boos from the audience were in stark contrast to OpTic’s entry. Furthermore, the crowd chanted “Overrated” as FaZe gathered on stage.
But the occasion had worse hands to deal to FaZe than disdain from the audience. Despite putting up a good fight in Desert Siege Search and Destroy and Gavutu, FaZe couldn’t keep up with OpTic’s relentless pursuit. With Scump and iLLeY’s phenomenal performance, Texas ultimately emerged victorious on the grand stage of Call of Duty League Major.
