Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has been known to do ‘extreme’ stunts to entertain the audience. Giving away an island, surprising a delivery guy with a new house, and much more are the themes of his videos. Last year, he released a video of him surviving in Antarctica for 50 hours. And something tells us that he had prepared himself beforehand for facing the complications of the ice-cold weather.

On his way to potentially becoming the world’s first YouTube billionaire, MrBeast carries the talent of having a unique treasure of ideas. And out of the treasure, he had once taken out the idea of spending 24 hours in a small ice castle.

MrBeast’s video of surviving in the most remote place on Earth, Antarctica, jaw-dropped every YouTuber. From facing complications to climbing a mountain, Jimmy came through all the problems of the place. While he nailed entertaining the audience, one can absorb the fact that it was not his first time surviving the cold.

MrBeast once survived staying in an ‘ice room’ for 24 hours straight

About two years ago, MrBeast released a video titled, “I Survived 24 Hours Straight In Ice.” In this one, he took up the challenge of surviving in an ‘ice room’. Jimmy being Jimmy, he put a stake according to which his crew consisting of Karl Jacobs, Chandler Hallow, and Chris Tyson had to stand roadside while being covered in syrup and feathers. Else, he would be standing covered in syrup and feathers as a punishment for losing the challenge.

The challenge started, and so did the struggle to bear the elevating coldness of the vicinity. He had an ice bed, some ice sculptures, and an ice toilet for himself. The cold kept creeping into his clothes, and Tareq did a favor by giving him a blanket, gloves, and some food. The cold wasn’t decreasing, but he got an extra punch to survive.

To prevent himself from succumbing to the cold, Jimmy started counting, walking around the room, and doing movements to keep the body warm and away from numbness. Even though Jimmy was suffering from cold, he wasn’t surrendering. The conditions got so extreme that a doctor had to come to check his condition after every 30 minutes to make sure nothing went haywire.
