Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has quickly risen to prominence on the red platform over the past few years. With an audience of over 91.4 million subscribers on his main channel, he has redefined what it means to be a YouTuber. In fact, Jimmy’s whopping $54 million paydays from 2021 not only makes him the highest-earning YouTube star that year but enters him into the Top 40 of Forbes’ Celebrity 100.

However, even with his mainstream success, Jimmy is not as insanely famous as some might think. Case in point, Bert Kreischer, the famous American stand-up comedian, only recently came across the star. But his innocent response to the discovery has won even MrBeast’s heart.

Bert Kreischer is all praises for MrBeast
The American stand-up comedian needs no introduction. But for the uninitiated, Bert’s own Twitter bio describes him as “I am a Party Animal, Comedian, Actor, Author, Host, Fast Eater, Husband, Dad…I am the Machine”. A lot of hats for one man to wear, kind of like the internet’s viral mastermind MrBeast himself!
In his recent tweet, the comedian lets his admiration for the YouTuber known. Although Jimmy has been pretty active across the last few years, launching side channels and colossal philanthropic ventures, Bert was apparently unaware of his existence. But that stands rectified as it’s safe to say the YouTuber has found another fan. Kreischer had some heavy praise for Donaldson, even claiming “…this kid is a genius!!!”
Bert hit the nail on the head with that comment. Those who have followed Donaldson’s career would know he has impeccable business acumen. He has refined viral video making into an art. Scratch that, into a “science”, according to his appearance on the Impaulsive podcast.

This, alongside his habit of reinvesting into his business, had led to MrBeast topping Forbes’ list of top-earning YouTubers of 2021.
So Bert might be late to the party, but the party animal is more than welcome to join the MrBeast hype train. Jimmy, for his part, left a heart under the comedian’s tweet in appreciation of the kind words.
