Industry insider Benji, on Twitter, recently shared a tweet while sharing a crucial data based on Hogwarts Legacy’s performance. He mentioned that despite being a single-player title, it has been a record-breaking release on Steam. Compared to Multiplayer offerings like Apex Legends and Call of Duty Modern Warfare II.

While going past half a million concurrent players on Steam, Hogwarts Legacy has passed Apex Legends and the latest Call of Duty title’s figures for all-time peak concurrent players. It succeeded in reaching 524,378 players, while edging out the games from Riot and Activision.

The title has been out for a few days only and has already spread its magic. It will be interesting to see whether it will also go past the mark of 1 million concurrent players or not in the coming days. Although Modern Warfare II is the best-selling title of 2022, Avalanche’s open-world RPG is giving it tough competition to say the least.
