MrBeast buys a neighborhood to provide housing to people close to him
In a recent tweet from Daily Loud, they revealed YouTube king’s modest way of living. While the net worth of MrBeast is in millions, he chooses to stay in an unpretentious $318,000 house. But in his own unique style, he has bought the entire neighborhood around his not-so-big house. Jimmy has purchased an entire neighborhood in Greenville, North Carolina to live there with his family and employees who are close to him.

Donaldson bought his own house when it went up for sale in 2018. Since then, he has been trying to buy off all the houses in the street to accommodate his family and also the employees. To date, he has spent around $1.45 million on the purchase of these houses.
The 25-year-old has bought all but one house in the neighborhood. The reason for the owners not selling it is stated to be their kids being in school. In other words, the YouTuber will have to wait a bit to buy this one.

Although MrBeast has got control of an entire neighborhood, he does not sleep there often. Whenever Jimmy is creating content, he prefers to sleep in his studio to stay close to the area of work.
