MrBeast’s work and career keep him busy and the YouTuber has a pretty hectic schedule daily. Understandably, being in a relationship with one of the world’s biggest content creators also comes with its cons. Thea Booysen, MrBeast’s girlfriend, recently shared her feelings about being in a long-distance relationship with the streamer and how it can take a toll on mental happiness.

Booysen is always seen being passionate about her support for what MrBeast does. The South African shared lovely pictures after the two went on a trip to Japan months ago to meet PewDiePie. However, the trip came to an end and Booysen had to return to Edinburgh for her studies.

Thea Booysen misses MrBeast (duh)

In a recent post on X, Booysen shared a picture of her and MrBeast being all cute and evidently in love. However, while the fans gush about how nice they look together, Booysen revealed that long-distance can become difficult. “Long distance sucks“, stated the neuropsychology student. For anyone who’s been there, or done that, the statement would hit home and make them remember just how tough those times were.

Booysen is currently enrolled as a student at the University of Edinburgh, getting her Master’s degree. She’s originally from South Africa but lives in the Scottish Capital. On the other hand, MrBeast practically travels across the US to make his videos and interact with his fans regularly. The streamer can go pretty overboard with his videos, making all of them demand more and more of him.

Naturally, MrBeast’s unconventional career makes it difficult for him to have a lot of free time on his hands. But since that is exactly what makes MrBeast’s content so unique, Booysen loves to be vocal about her support of his work. We imagine this only makes it all the more difficult to not be able to be beside MrBeast physically when he’s charting the entire country doing what he loves the most.

Fans share comforting words

Since the post went live, many fans have come together to share their experiences of being in long-distance relationships and offer wisdom on how to handle the stress that comes with it. This fan strongly believes that time spent apart only helps the feelings inside to grow stronger over time.

Tadas thinks Thea might need to make a stand and get MrBeast to make a difficult choice. Luckily, Booysen isn’t on the same page with the suggestion.

This fan thinks there are green pastures beyond this phase and the two can surely make it together.
