Call of Duty Website Drops Major Hint on Nintendo Switch Debut

The Microsoft-Activision merger has given birth to lots of news and speculations. With most of them hinting toward Call of Duty’s future. Activision working on the Call of Duty 2022 title, along with other projects, is a hot topic for fans. And recently, some news has surfaced hinting at Call of Duty’s debut on Nintendo Switch. It’s true, Nintendo Switch servers are visible on Call of Duty’s website. It’s the COD Black Ops 4 section which shows the Nintendo Switch server being online. Undoubtedly, this is wonderful news for the community.
Moreover, this will probably make Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 the first-ever COD title to get a Nintendo release. In fact, Nintendo servers being visible on the COD website is no doubt big news. And this also proves the fact that Activision’s definitely up to something. And recently, a gaming entity shared the same on Twitter.
However, Activision’s yet to confirm Call of Duty’s debut on Nintendo Switch. And it would be wise to wait for Activision to release some official statement regarding it.

On 30th March (Thursday), Call of Duty News mentioned the same.
The tweet also features a screenshot of the COD’s website, giving every insight into it. As the fans can watch, “Nintendo Switch” with “online status” on the bottom left of the image. In fact, the image also shows other platform’s servers being online including Xbox, PlayStation, and Windows.

And apparently, Activation made this major update on 30th March itself. Moreover, due to a lack of info from Activision’s side, setting higher expectations isn’t advised. Means, this could also be a glitch, bug, or mistake. And if Activision’s really into releasing COD for Nintendo, then it’s likely that fans will hear straight from devs very soon.
