Call of Duty just recently revealed that Warzone 2 is the biggest launch in the battle royale segment from Activision and Infinity Ward. Players in record numbers have joined the game since its global release. To be precise, the figure has reached close to 30 million!

Few weeks ago, Modern Warfare II made franchise history after it earned over $1 billion in just 10 days of release. It even dethroned the massive box-office opening milestones of some popular Hollywood movies in 2022.

And stretching the winning streak, even further, Warzone 2 has now crossed over 25 million players in just 5 days of its launch. The free-to-play battle royale experience made its arrival last week on November 16th, 2022. The official Twitter account of Call of Duty revealed this astonishing news.

For comparison, the first Warzone title that arrived in 2020 had crossed 6 million players in 24 hours and 15 million players after three days. Then it went on to attract over 30 million players in around two weeks.

Meanwhile, most of the franchise lovers expressed their happiness after knowing about this massive update. They seem to be enjoying Warzone 2 a lot and it’s quite evident from their reactions as well.
