In other words, the title of the ‘new era’ in the action franchise has failed miserably.

But the developers have been trying to keep the player base engaged by revealing the content that they want. Seems like their strategy has worked out well, if not perfectly, with the recent introduction of Ranked Play in the BR mode. This was something a lot of users were hyped for since the official announcement for the competitive experience. Now that it’s available, some of the players think the much-awaited mode has made a huge difference for Warzone 2.

While the ongoing situation for Call of Duty might be tough, Metaphor believes that the arrival of Ranked Play has been a breath of fresh air. In a recent video, the YouTuber mentioned how the competitive mode has left him highly impressed.

He said that he’s been enjoying Warzone 2’s ranked experience a lot since the time it was initially unveiled in Season 3 Reloaded. Yes, it has got some problems but they haven’t deterred him from having a blast. Giving the reason for his love for Ranked, he said that he’s someone who really likes the competitive aspect in gaming. Furthermore, he also said that the game is on the right track, at least when it comes to the Ranked Play content.

Activision’s Call of Duty Warzone 2 is now available worldwide with its ongoing season. Soon it will receive a brand new update in Season 4 later this month.
