Call of Duty fans irked by an old weapon’s appearance in Modern Warfare II

While releasing a short promotional video for the extremely hyped entry in the action series, the makers recently offered a glimpse at Riot Shield. This was a primary weapon available in old titles like 2009’s Modern Warfare 2’s campaign missions. It was also available in succeeding installments like MW3, CoD Online, CoD: Heroes, and even in 2019’s rebooted title.

The way it was used had a drawback. The shield tends to leave one side of the player more exposed than the other one. Plus, sprinting with it results in even more exposure of themselves. Only by running at a certain angle can the player reduce this vulnerability.
