There are basically two ways Call of Duty Modern Warfare II players can unlock this desired marksman rifle. Firstly, they will need to finish a certain challenge in order to successfully get this weapon. They will have to score 25 double kills using marksman rifles.

They can just buy it from MWII and Warzone 2’s in-game store, as part of a bundle. Unfortunately, the bundle having this specific marksman rifle is currently not available just yet. It should arrive in the shop sometime during Season 2 Reloaded.
