Cartier aka “Zer0” bids adieu to the professional Call of Duty scene

In the last year, many iconic CoD professionals have left the competitive space. Firstly, it was the legend Scump and then Octane who decided to leave the competitive scene. And now, Zer0 has also said goodbye to CDL. In an emotional tweet, he revealed that “it has come to that time where I announce that I will be Retiring from Professional Call of Duty.”

“This has been my life for nearly 10 years now competing at the highest level and I’ve loved every bit of it, from being a sweaty ps3 kid to becoming one of the first EU players to win an Event on NA soil and becoming MVP whilst doing that,” read the tweet. Surprisingly, though, he did mention that it’s not the end of his journey in CDL. He’s now interested to wear the coach’s hat going forward.
