Call of Duty Mobile is churning out new weapons every season from the start. Apart from the basic ones in the game, the ones that were season specific, mostly did not disappoint. While some were mightily broken, other performed very well in the seasons thereafter.

Nonetheless, it seems like CODM is running tight with the weapon balances. It is at a point where it cannot decide how to not break the game with a new weapon each time.

With a gun like this, it can get difficult to decipher a correct playstyle for it. It is not great up close and also takes up an entire magazine in the distance. Perhaps a mid-range fight suits it best.
