Call of Duty Modern Warfare II has gone through a rollercoaster ride since its blockbuster launch in 2022. While the title initially failed to live up to the expectations of fans in terms of offering ample content, it’s now looking to be on the right track. The recent updates and past few seasons have ended up adding tons of exciting gameplay modes, especially for the Multiplayer experience.

With the recent release of Season 3 Reloaded, the devs have unveiled numerous elements to MWII’s Multiplayer setup. Among other things, there’s also a fresh mode called Giant Infection. Similar to Ground War or Invasion, this unique mode has gradually become one of the go-to MP modes for many players. So much so, that some of them are now getting addicted to it!

Although Zombies are yet to make their way in the Modern Warfare universe, the devs have decided to go for an indirectly similar route with Giant Infection in the latest installment. Despite appearing like the traditional Infected modes, seen in COD titles, the Multiplayer mode takes place in a large battle map. In simple words, it features a huge warzone where players have to defend themselves from getting infected. On the other hand, the infected ones have to make sure there’s no survivor left in the end of a given match.

Ever since the debut of Giant Infection, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II users have been attracted towards this mode. In fact, some of them have now expressed their fondness for this Multiplayer experience on the internet.

Well, it looks like the rest of the Redditors also had similar opinions about Giant Infection. Most of them revealed that it’s an extremely entertaining and fun mode to explore. “that looks like pure joy right there”, wrote one person.

Activision’s Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is now available worldwide. Players can own it on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X\S, Xbox One, and PC.
