Gunsmith in Call of Duty Modern Warfare II’s Season 2 has added a Reticle view!

A Reddit user, known as u/xpatrickmsx, recently shared a post on the social platform. It contained an image of the Gunsmith section from the game. The Redditor mentioned that before Season 2, there was no option for checking the reticle view of a given weapon’s optic. However, after updating to the latest season, they found out that the Gunsmith now shows the reticle view.

Basically, this feature is ideal for having a preview of any optic for a weapon before applying it. Without a doubt, this will make the lives of Call of Duty Modern Warfare II players easier. Now they won’t have to attach an optic and use it in the Firing Range to check the reticle. It can be done at an early stage itself. Season 2 has indeed added a great quality-of-life feature.

As for the weapons, the latest season has also increased the impact of some select guns. For example, the M13B assault rifle has now received a boost in its damage, making it one of the most dominating meta weapons of Season 2.

Activision‘s Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is now available worldwide. Players can purchase it on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. They can also try out its free-to-play extension in Warzone 2.
