Activision’s upcoming Call of Duty game is one of the most anticipated titles in the remainder of 2023. Following endless leaks and rumors, it’s been finally announced with a recent official logo reveal. All eyes are on this installment as it will need to rectify a lot of mistakes of its predecessor, MWII.

Currently, we are still three months away from witnessing the Campaign of Modern Warfare III. However, its story has already been spoiled now – thanks to a leaked intel. And this one’s just way too wild to believe. It looks like fans need to get ready to mourn multiple deaths. Yes, that’s shocking to know but it appears to be the case, going by a recent update from a Call of Duty actor himself!

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III to have “2 Sad Deaths and 1 Good Death”

Elliot Knight is an actor who plays the fan-favorite Sergeant Kyle Garrick, aka Gaz. He was first introduced in 2019’s rebooted Modern Warfare and quickly turned into a beloved character. He made a comeback in last year’s MWII as well alongside other Task Force 141 members such as Ghost, Captain Price, and Soap.

Recently, an insider known as 3rbbcod, discovered a brief moment from what appears to be Elliot’s Instagram story. In a Twitter post, the scooper shared an update on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. While dropping an image, he spoiled the Campaign’s storyline. To be precise, the picture reportedly shows the Gaz actor spoiling it himself. One can see Elliot replying to an individual who requests him to not die in the game.

Replying to this fan, Elliot writes: “Let me tell you something, 2 sad Deaths and 1 Good Death”. Well, that’s pretty much the entire thing summarized by Gaz himself.

Who will die in Modern Warfare III story? Is it Ghost, Gaz, Captain Price, or a new face?

While it’s not confirmed whether this leak is legitimate or not, one can say the story has been spoiled somehow. Especially, for those who were curious to know the fate of the most iconic characters in the rebooted Modern Warfare universe. Going by the leaked information, we might end up seeing two Task Force 141 heroes sacrificing their lives. On the other hand, a villain is expected to die. Most probably, it could be none other than Vladimir Makarov.

Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III releases on November 10, 2023. It will be available on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X\S, Xbox One, and PC.
